Als voedingssupplement of onderhoudsdosering: 3x daags 2 tabletten voor de maaltijd met voldoende water innemen.Als dagdosering:dag 1: 3x daags 2 tabletten voor de maaltijd,dag 2: 3x daags 3 tabletten,dag 3: 3x daags 4 tabletten,dag 4: 3x daags 6 tabletten.Gebruik deze dosering net zo lang u het nodig heeft.
