How to wear: Gently pull post out of hoop and twist ends away from each other. Slip the hoop opening between ear lobe with the post in the front of your piercing. Insert post into piercing and gently twist ends back together to place post back into the hoop. Avoid pulling hoops open and instead twist the ends away from each other to maintain the shape of the hoop.
