A compact, lightweight 50mm macro prime lens with outstanding image quality. 1:1 macro capability in a full-frame prime lens. With a minimum focusing distance of 16 centimeters you can get close enough for truly imposing life size shots. A high-performance optical design that includes an ED glass element minimizes chromatic aberration, even when shooting close, contributing to outstanding corner-to-corner sharpness. Max. 70.8 mm diameter and 71 mm length with a total weight of only 236 grams 8.4 oz. for outstanding mobility and easy handling. This lens is a perfect match for the compact α series, and an ideal choice for everyday use. A focus-mode switch can be used to quickly switch between manual and auto focus, adapting easily to any macro opportunities that arise. The lens’s “normal” 50 mm focal length makes it ideal for shooting scenery and portraits as well as close-up subjects. Magnification and distance scales enhance convenience with precise numeric indications that can be an important aid in achieving the desired magnification and focus for macro photography. A sealed dust and moisture resistant design provides extra protection and ensures reliable operation in challenging environments. Shoot with confidence in light rain or windy conditions.

Great Glow and Scent, But Fades Quickly and Runs Out Fast

The Saltair Shimmering Body Oil in Salt Water Vanilla is a beautiful product. The only 3 reasons I don’t give it 5 stars are because: 1. The shimmer is not very long-lasting. When I apply it before bed, most of the shimmer effect is completely gone and absorbed by my sheets by the morning. I assume pants and leggings would absorb it in the same way, but I’ve only ever worn shorts after applications during the day, and even then, the shimmer seems to fade after 4–6 hours. 2. I have to apply a lot of oil to achieve the amount of shimmer I desire. It averages about 20–25 pumps per use. 3. The 4-ounce bottle size, combined with needing a lot of product for each application, means I’m going to run out of it pretty quickly. Here’s why I like this product: 1. The glow: If you’re looking for a subtle glow and a light shimmer effect, this oil is perfect for you; apply it before a night out, while wearing a swimsuit, or when going to the gym in your favorite workout set for a beautiful gleam. 2. The scent: It’s a divine, warm mix of sweet and spicy notes. It smells like vanilla, amber, and toasted marshmallow. It pairs really nicely with tropical, woodsy, sweet, or spicy perfumes—it’s very versatile. 3. Consistency and absorption: The oil absorbs nicely and has a light, runny consistency. Because it’s a dry oil, it isn’t too thick, nor does it leave a sticky feeling on the skin. 4. How my skin feels: I’ve used this oil 4 nights in a row, and every single morning I wake up, my skin feels so soft and smooth, with no residual stickiness or residue left behind.
